Movement that meets you where you are.

My intention as a teacher is to guide you through movement while giving you the space to make the practice your own. I encourage you to become more curious about your body, connect with your breath, and tune in to what you need. Physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Your practice doesn’t need to look a certain way. It should serve you. I support you whether you’re looking to build strength, improve stability and flexibility, quiet your mind, become more present, or simply feel good in your body.

I love teaching different forms of movement because each one offers something unique. Flow with me through yoga, find strength and stability through Pilates, or build a strong foundation with strength training. Choose what feels right for you. Explore them all.

Wherever you are in your movement journey, there’s a place for you.

Come as you are. Move with intention. Find what feels good within.

YOGA TEACHER MENTOR PROGRAMS

Teach From Within

Discover your authentic voice and bring greater intention to how you teach.

Teaching is more than guiding poses—it’s how we connect, communicate, and create meaningful experiences for our students. Developing your authentic voice takes intention, practice, and a willingness to explore what matters most to you as a teacher.

In this workshop, you’ll reconnect with what yoga means to you, explore how your values influence your teaching, and become more intentional with the language you use. Through reflection and practical tools, you’ll discover what makes your voice uniquely yours and how to communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Leave feeling more connected to your voice—and more empowered to teach from a place that feels genuinely you.

Connect With Intention

Explore how your presence, values, and communication create meaningful connection.

How we show up as teachers matters. Our presence, values, and intentions shape the environment we create and the connections we build with our students.

In this workshop, you’ll reconnect with your values as a teacher and explore how they influence the way you prepare, communicate, hold space, and engage with your students. You’ll consider what it means to be fully present—not only for your students, but for yourself—and how greater awareness can create more meaningful and authentic connections.

Leave feeling grounded in who you are as a teacher, renewed in your purpose, and inspired to bring greater presence and connection into every class you teach.

Renew Your Why

Reconnect with what fills you up and create sustainable ways to support yourself as a teacher

Teaching asks us to give our energy, attention, and presence to others. Making space to replenish ourselves is just as important.

This workshop invites you to pause and reflect on where your energy is going, what fills you up, and what may be leaving you depleted. You’ll explore ways to establish healthy boundaries, prioritize your own wellbeing, and identify the support and practices that allow you to continue teaching from a place of authenticity and purpose.

Leave feeling renewed, supported, and inspired—with a sustainable approach to caring for yourself while continuing to share what you love with others.
